The Fascinating Danakil depression
is one of the hottest Place on earth, with many points the
altitude accounts more than 100 meters below Sea level and
noontime temperatures Soaring above 122 0 F .

It is an area
of controlling seismic activity, with earth tremors frequently
felt amidst the hot yellow sulfur fields and several still
– active volcanoes. Availing yourself at the Dankil
depression seem to be finding yourself some where in the other
planet – out of earth. |

The Landscape here seems
carved from the infernos of hell and is a reminder of
the past and present furies that have ravaged this region,
with volcanic cones rising above the scabs of black
lava; Amazingly, there is also wild life to be seen
here, particularly zebra and wild ass. |

on the boulder-strewn volcanic floor of the Great Rift
Valley, a breathtaking archeological discovery was made
in 1974: a complete hominid skeleton at least 3.5 million
years old-humankind?s oldest known ancestor. |
